Fast BugTrack is a web-based defect management system. It is unique in that it has no external dependencies such as operating systems, web servers, databases, Perl, PHP, etc. This means you can have Fast BugTrack up and running in as little as 15 minutes. How is this possible? Fast BugTrack has a web server built in, and uses a flat-file based system to store bugs. It is meant to be a light-weight system geared towards small, fast development shops that don't have the time and/or resources to install and configure 5 pieces of software just to get a bug tracking system up and running.
