"Good product for the semi-experienced user"
Pros: Easy to install and configure. Installed on XP Pro wired into a Linksys router/wireless AP. Software immediately found all of the MAC's on the network. Configuration was simple and the software provided several alert options. Overall a good product if you have some basic knowledge of networking.
Cons: Comes with Ethereal which is fine but the software is not needed. The inclusion of Ethereal may confuse the average user. Not extremely simple to set up from install to working. The basic user may have problems working through the configuration and setting up the alerts.
