It downloaded, installed and most importantly uninstalled without a hitch.
Cons
I tried using this program to rotate an image more precisely than possible with my scanner software. The imaged it produced was pixilated crap. With that said, it will rotate images small fractions of a degree. If you aren't concern with the resultant image looking like complete *******, this product is for you.
