  Pros

  I don't believe there are any pros.

  Cons

  Very limited. Can not change any parameters. Can not add more then one vid to convert at a time. Nags to register and pay.

  Summary

  Said, "error" on very first attempt to convert a .mov to a .wmv because I didn't register and pay for a fuller version. Don't waste your time.
