  "Great Program - TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT"

  Pros

  This is a great add in to Outlook, love the look and feel of the program

  Cons

  Categories may have problems syncing, icons may get 'lost'. Tech support usually will, IF you can get them to respond, will blame it on the conduit (Intellisync, Pocket Mirror). When you get TOTALLY FRUSTRATED and call for tech support, they are Happy to give tech support via phone for $50 an hour :) Personally, go to forums.iambic.com to find out what your potential problems may be, then decide if you have the time to invest in this "time saving" program
