It's not microsoft, its not complicated and does just what it says it will do.
Cons
It's not outlook and it doesn't integrate with pda's, and other software.

Simple to use.
Best feature is that it allows you to split up a goal into small acheivable targets set in a time frame.
Cons
They should have a feature where you click on a Goal and all the entries under it with editing facilities gets thrown up.
In the current format, its hard to review a goal once you have set it up.

So easy to use and the tech. support is quick and personal. Not only is it a great program for adults, but a good learning/teaching tool for children needing help with time management.
