"Outstanding life planning and monitoring software. second to none."
Version: Agenda At Once 3.0.4
Pros
I recently upgraded from version 2 to version 3. Agenda at Once is great. It's easy to use, highly customizable. Can be used to plan any project or schedule day-to-day life. Nice percentage progress bars for each task and schedule item. Different background colors can be set for each schedule item, which makes using it even more enjoyable.
Cons
Setting background and font colors in Notes does not always work smoothly. Sometimes I set one color, but it shows in another. After a few attempts, however, I succeed. Some minor glitch, i guess. Would be nice to have more bright, saturated and dark colors in Styles, in addition to present Windows-like and pastel.

"Excellent, almost perfect!"
Version: Agenda At Once 2.3.226
Pros
Agenda at Once is comparable to Calendarscope. Its advantages over Calendarscope 2.2 are that its Task List (ToDO) can be arranged in a hierarchical tree from, thus making it suitable for simple personal project planning. Also, a very nice and hard-to-find feature is the Progress Bar, showing how much of each task has been completed.
Cons
A nice improvement would be an ability to customize background colors in ToDo, also to pick fonts, their sizes and colors. Calendarscope has all this, but lacks in other areas. So, overall winner is AAO.
