Summary
I been a fan of the Empire series since I can remember , but Mythology braught a brand new something into the gaming world, It may be because you are god in the game and even controling the gods of the game. The good things about the game are the new Units and new buildings in the game and the Infinity food they given to the farms i thaugh that was a great idea. The 2nd day of playing demo I went and baught Age of Mythology and its Titan expansion. Bad thing is the graphics i dont know why everyone is complementing the graphics they are dread full everything is off ( When villegers cutting wood Ax is no where near the trea and it cuts it , units look fuzzy and Buildings arnt as inventive as the Empire series. Overall the game should be loved by any serious gamer & is very enjoyable to newbies since its so easy to learn the game play and to control the units.
ps : download was a pain even to my 750kbs speed ( high speed cable ) -

This really doesnt compare to age of empires 2 with the expansion. This game really stinks. I cannot believe that this "game" was produced by the same people as that of AOEII The Conquerors.

How fed up i am of hearing all of these whingers moaning and saying "it sucks" lol, well maybe it does on your 386 equivalent pentium joke platforms, anyway, if you have say anything over 1ghz and a reasonable card then this beauty flows like a certain something off a very slippy shovvel. Just one little niggling point tho, if you happen to own a 32 meg gforce 2 GTS then the game does crash intermittently. Otherwise wicked.

Impressive graphics, myth units, Heroes, oh my! The sound(s) aren't half bad either. One of my personal favorites. It's demos like these that encourage me to go out and buy the real thing...or in some cases, stay away from a title at all costs.
