  Pros

  There aren't any! the original version was excellent but when I upgrade (free lifetime upgrades) they wouldn't send out the new activation code. I emailed Download.com to complain and the following day they sent the code. It took over 2 months. The new version doesn't work. Contacted the support department a number of times but they don't respond. Have now tried and bought both WinX HD Video Converter and FAASOFT which are equally as good if not better.

  Cons

  ZERO customer service ZERO technical support. If you buy the software beware - they don't always send the activation code and don't respond to emails. Current version has a bug so have not been able to compress anything. Again, no reply from the support team.

  Don't waste your money.

  This product would seem as if would be beneficial but unfortunately when you purchase it you never receive the license code.

  Cons

  Purchased this product but never received the license code for it. I have sent 3 emails to the company but they have not returned a response. They were quick to bill me for the money, but have horrible customer service.

  I think the software would be wonderful, but even though I paid for it, I never received registration to activate it, a link to download the product, or a refund.

  Absolutely NO customer service, will not respond to emails, phone number is not valid, and the company they use for payments, RegSoft.com, Inc., also has VERY poor reviews online. Look elsewhere before purchasing from WinSoftMagic.com

I am satisfied, and the product is good.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 10, 2013<p/>I finally received my product information from WinSoftMagic a week after I ordered it. I should have gotten the info emailed to me immediately. Since I needed it for a job, I had to purchase a different software during that week. I am still not happy with the customer service, but the product is good.
