"Beta product; wish I'd known . . ."
Version: Advanced SystemCare Free 4.0
Pros
Don't know . . .
Cons
Nowhere did this download indicate that it was a beta product . . . think I'm gouing back to ASC3.

"Outstanding!"
Version: Advanced SystemCare Free 4.0
Pros
ASC 4 is both easy to use and has dozens of powerful features in a snappy new interface. With a couple of mouse clicks (using the Toolbox Module) I restored use of my DVD player which Windows had stopped recognizing months ago.
Cons
As is obvious by the some of the other reviews, this program is not "idiot proof." Novices should probably stay away from the Deep Care, Turbo Boost, and Toolbox modules, though these are what make this program a cut above the rest.
Summary
This program rivals Glary Utilities and CCleaner as the most useful utilities program on my computer - and the price is perfect! Its very easy to use and has many more features than the previous version. Most of these were not mentioned in the Cnet review so you may want to visit the publisher's website for more information.

"good system for free"
Version: Advanced SystemCare Free 4.0
Pros
easy to use but as previous reviews you need pro
Cons
no real cons, except better with pro
-
"The free version excludes all the goodies ie Toolbox"
Version: Advanced SystemCare Free 4.0
Pros
Looks nice
Cons
The free version lacks all the tools and bells and whistles of ASC3. You need to pay an annual fee to get everything you had in ASC3 via the PRO version
Summary
Looks nicer but you lose all the functionality of ASC3. I guess it's the bottom line again

"I think its not as user friendly as b4.So back to asc 3"
Version: Advanced SystemCare Free 4.0
Pros
Didnt think there were any.Certainly not when compared to previous versions
Cons
Not so user friendly.
Seemed prone to exaggerateSummary
I didnt know it was beta til it had uninstalled asc 3 and installed itself.I wasnt too happy about that.
When I ran the program it informed me that I had 3 & a half Gb of junk files!
I found that very hard to believe.Id used asc 3 just a few days earlier.
Ive never had that much junk on my computer before, even when I hadnt run an optimiser for almost a month.
Think Ill be reinstalling asc 3,I was very happy with that & all of the earlier versions Id used.
If it aint broke - why fix it/ -
"iObit took a step back with this iteration."
Version: Advanced SystemCare Free 4.0
Pros
1. Deeper scan with up to 10 problems being resolved all at once.
2. Beautiful Skins
3. Rescue ToolCons
1. ***!? No more 'Internet Boost' You have to purchase the PRO to get that feature now.
2. Do not use 'Turbo Boost' unless your very computer Savvy. It turned off Aeros. Anyone with Windows 7 -- it disables the Window Snap feature.Summary
It may look more pleasantly aesthetic but they took away features that were very useful in ASC3. Mainly 'Internet Boost'. Again, It looks pretty from the outside but it just doesn't "drive" the same. I went back to ASC3.
