This spyware remover looks good, offering security fundamentals but its efficacy is hard to judge on a clean or already-secure system. Advanced System Protector aims to rid your machine of spyware and malware, and it's generally a pretty thing to watch. The interface has a classy bar of tabs across the top, although the central pane feels a bit cluttered by deviating from the design scheme with a big, green Start Scan Now button.
Below that there are three choices for the type of scan: Quick, Deep, and Custom. The Quick scan took about 23 minutes, while the Custom scan lets you opt out of Cookies, Memory, Registry, and Files and Folders, or select specific folders and files to toss in the pot. Advanced System Protector is sensitive enough to pick up tracking cookies, although there didn't seem to be a method for fine-tuning that. The scheduler was surprisingly impressive, allowing for scans daily, once, and variations in-between. You can configure the program to run at startup, to update definition files automatically, and create a whitelist of files to never scan.
However, Advanced System Protector lacks an integrated antivirus component, which more and more solo malware battlers are now building in from the get-go. The real-time shields components are also kept behind a deadbolt unless you upgrade to the paid version. Overall, program runs well for what it can do and shouldn't be hard to use.

"Not Complex....Ease of Use."

Pros
Though I have antivirus installed on my computer,I tried this one.
This is a sharp anitspyware and can be clubbed with the antivirus already on the system. Nice tool to guard the computer from the Internet Threats and fake programs.
Features are useful and most importantly easy to understand.Cons
Installing database took little more time first time when installed...may be due to slow net speed.

Pros
I tried it on my desktop that has an antivirus already installed.
To my surprise Advanced System Protector found various infections in Deep Scan option. I checked the files detected on the multiple scanners link and they were found malicious.
I quarantined them with the help of Advanced System Protector.
Also installed it on the Laptop.Cons
I don't have any issues.

Far too many.
1.Finds 15 "infections" on a two-day XP. Legitimate Microsoft and Dell files.
2. The old key was invalid on a newly installed XP. Forced me to send them a screenshot of the error message, before they sent in a new key.
3. Silently changes IE security settings to enable scripts.
4. Real-time protection is useless and actually enables hackers to download files.
5.Refund is "30 days past"
6. During the ASP scan, NIS blocks a threat "Suspicious Cloud2".
After ASP update, NIS ran its "repair installation"
7. Zemana says ASP (and ASO from the same Systweak guys)injects codesSummary
Keep away from it. Good protection may look like NIS(or AVG), Zemana, Malwarebytes, Spybot, Outpost(Compatible with NIS, strange as it may seem)

"Program acts like a virus"

I don't know of any.
Cons
The free version of this program acts like a virus. Even after using Windows uninstall program it runs a scan automatically in the background hour or so, then lets you know that you have to buy it to get rid of some errors. You are trapped in a loop. Pressing the X for close only loops you back to buy.
