"Downloaded the product went downhill from there"

    August 31, 2012  |   By budinspokane

No Pros, after it was used, it destroyed my computer to the point it wouldn't work--cost me 300 dollars to fix it using the toll free help number provided by Advanced System Optimizer--bad deal all the way around--stay away from their registry fixer--much better to go to a computer company or the Geeks at best buy and have them optimize your computer

The Registry fixer takes out everything---a computer technician should be the only person using this program--it even kept system restore from working--changed the screen layout--slowed the computer to a snails pace--really screwed up my computer--cost 300 dollars to fix using their company

Do not buy and C-net should not recommend it--NOBODY SHOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Advance Optimizer ran a scan and showed hundreds of errors--the computer was just scanned by a tech and there were some errors but mostly in the registry and didn't even come close to 100 much less 1000--might dump a bunch of stuff onto your computer to make you think you need their program--something rotten in Denmark as the old saying goes--had to buy the program to fix the problems--it pretty much wiped out my computer when they ran the fix especially the registry cleaner--only let a trained technician do this

    Updated on Sep 11, 2012

Do not buy nor use unless you are an expert on computers. The Registry cleaner etc totally put my computer out of commission. It even disabled the restore to a different time option. Changed the display to a resolution that was so low it was hard to read. They had a help number to call and I did. Cost 300 dollars to fix my computer.
