  Summary

  When there was a glitch in the software I called the company, before I knew it they had engaged in high pressure techniques to get me to allow them to connect directly to my computer. What followed was an even higher pressure sales pitch to convince me that I had viruses that only they could identify and could only be removed by them or their associates at a cost of over $500 per computer. I eventually hung up on them disconnected my computer and removed their software entirely from the system. I had to have my IT consultant come and check my computers for damage at a cost much greater than the software. I am running a top-of-the-line virus protection program which has never detected a virus and upon running subsequent deep scans continues to show no viruses - nor has my computer ever shown any signs of a virus until the bugginess of their software appeared.
  This is a scam - orr there sites have be hijacked - do not order or download

  Yep, total waste of money. My system ran worse after installing this software. Framerates dropped on games. Internet connectivity was flaky, etc. Acts more like a virus masquerading as helpful software. AVOID!!!
