"TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND TERRIBLE TECH SUPPORT. AVOID"
Pros: The trail gives the impression that it will produce the goods....
Cons: ...it doesn't. Paid for version did not give the same results as the trail or vista-versa. There tech support are a nightmare.
Summary: Overall, my company waste 5 weeks trying to get a file back using this software. inconsistance results, bad tech support. Should have listened to pervious reviews :-( read more

"The Best outlook recovery software"
Pros: I?d like to thank you for producing the best outlook recovery software I have ever used. When my file gots damaged I try nearly ever possible software in the world, only this piece of software can recover the data I want.
Cons: Should provide a tutorial in the help doc

"A very large waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY!!"
Pros: Did it recover my outlook PST file? Kinda. It did recover maybe 5% of the emails in the PST file but missed the rest. It looked promising after the trial but turned out to be a huge mistake.
Cons: Just recovered everything to a couple folders it made. Could not recover my folder structure. Recovered contacts and appointments as messages. It looked like it recovered most of the emails till you tried to open them and they were all empty.
Summary: I should have listened to the other review but other sites had positive reviews and even CPU magazine recommended it. Turns out krisgems was the only one who knew the truth. It is a horrible program that will take your money and give you almost nothi... read more

"This product DOES NOT WORK!! DO NOT BUY IT!"
Pros: There are absolutely NO Pros to this product at all! It recovers NOTHING!
Cons: It does absolutely NOTHING more than the Demo version does.
