I bought and used Advanced file lock and it deleted a lot of my valuable data during the lock/unlock process. I tried to contact anyone for support and they contacted me back via email a week later and still did not even make an attempt to resolve

They do not have a contact phone number for support and they will not help you get your data back after their software deletes your data!!!!! It seems like it is one individual who wrote this horrible software and they will laugh at you if you need help from them! I can't tell everyone enough.... DO NOT BUY, TEST, MESS with this software or you will be sorry. Please contact me at bingkeff@hotmail.com and I will email you or call you and tell you my full story before you make the same mistake that I did. The positive posts that are displayed on this site are probably from their software people themselves. I have seen other postings relating to my story of how the software destroys your data/files so again... DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!!!!
