Version: Adobe RoboHelp 6
"Has its problems - both product & support"
Pros: Easy enough to pick up; comes with a good tutorial.
Cons: RoboHelp X5 has some fundamental bugs, is inflexible, and lacks obvious features. Also, support is limited to two incidents and takes a long time to get. But what are you gonna do? You have to buy it, and Macromedia exploits that.

"Powerful program, tricky to master.."
Summary: The program took me a long time to learn and I am a very advanced computer user.Now that I have mastered it , I love it. A must have for anyone requiring help systems. read more
