I can see the upgrade appeals to pros and I would like to have the better HDR Selection and a few other tweaks. Also the problems running it in Lion are an irritation,
Cons
Simply the price for the upgrade. Not impressed that it sell for US$191 and we in New Zealand pay US332. Why ? And why can't we download it?

PhotoShop was and is a #1 photo editor for me. It may take time to understand and learn all the tools, but when you get used to it, you can't thing of anything else to use. This version is just great.
