Version: Adobe Lightroom beta 3
Pros: If you have nothing else, this software is good for you. It's free.
Cons: Nothing much it can do, just changing the light, sepia or color filter. Not even red-eye correction. It still needs other photo editing software for editing. You are not missing anything. Some third party application come with your printer might do a better job.

Version: Adobe Lightroom beta 3
Pros: Easy to use photo editing tool which will turn your photo look profesional. Although still in beta, it look good enough to be publish. No common bug found accept for memory hog.
It can make a slideshow too. Thumb up for this one.
Cons: take a lot of memory (768MB RAM, to big for many users). Current trend is still 512MB thing. Overall it still a marvelous photo editing tool.

"A great workflow tool, but other programs can do the same."
Pros: Amazing organization tools, lots of "development" features that allow you to fix or modify your photos, superb interface, makes slideshows, the BEST printing engine bar none
Cons: Uses excessive memory, works slowly even on the fastest computer, will cost upwards of $100 when the beta expires, there are "free forever" programs that will do the exact same thing

"Flawless digital photography editor!!"
Pros: So many features that you could not find in the existing photoshop, such as photo management and library, presets, all digital photography graph, ID, even detailed vignetting that really change the pictures.
Overall, this program gives you flexibility dealing with digital photography. All-in-one solution!! Impressive!
Cons: Even you use high speed computer, still, working and processing time is slow. But once you retrieved the information, it will stay there for quite a while!
