Version: Adobe InDesign CS3
Pros: I have only used the CS3 version of InDesign. I am a graphic Artist, and it allows me to do exactly what I need to flawlessly. Booklets, brochures, magazines, ect.
Cons: Nothing significant. Some controls and shortcuts and s little different than other Adobe software, which was annoying at first, but I got over it. The only rival to this program is Quark.

Pros: I like work with it - it is better than the other programs for using.
Cons: I have not found all its qualities yet so I can not write about it...
Summary: it is hard to say because of my in-experience with it but I think its a very good program for making PDFs.
I have not tried it so I am not able to say anything
