Great program. I find it easy to use, but that might be because I learned how to use Flash back when it was Macromedia Flash MX 2004. Even then, I found that it didn't take long to figure out how to make my pictures come to life.
Cons
If you have the money, it still might be too expensive. If you aren't using this commercially, it is definitely not worth the costs. Also, if you have no experience in programming, this will not be easy to use.

I've been using this program since Flash MX, from Macromedia. The CS3 version is cleaner, uses much less system resources, and introduces ActionScript 3.0!
Cons
Pricey for the casual, curious user. Quite a bit of a learning curve, but you;ll be surprised at what is possible with this powerful app.
