"No problems here!"

Pros
download was fast. I have Windows 7 and IE9. I had no difficulty at all. Plays well.
Cons
No complaints as of late. I will revisit should I have any problems.
Summary
Works ok on Windows 7 and IE9. No software issues. No download issues. Download was fast and hassle-free. I have 4 stars since I haven't used yet much yet.

It would be good if I could download it.
Cons
It will not download on my Windows Vista 64 bit. From what I've read many others are having the same issue.
Summary
Adobe should not put out an update on Flash Player if it will not work for all and now for some reason I can't got back and download the older version. Then they want you to pay 39.00 to tell you it won't work on your system. NOT!

I've attempted to download this at least half a dozen times. Each time, it says it's downloaded, but doesn't work, won't open. Troubleshooting instructions assume you're an IT professional with lots of time on your hands. If Adobe wants me to use this, better make it work much easier!

"stupid installation difficulties"

no package to take and install on a remote computer. Difficult installation, with frequent failures and re-do's.

good software, poor engineering.
