A few extra features like Spry and CSS markup checker.
Cons
Not backward compatible. Any sites created in DW8/MX will have to have the recordsets and querys rebuilt using the new language structure in CS3. This means that old sites have to be rebuilt in order to experience the benefits of this new version.
