Once again Adobe wastes my time uninstalling a working version, installing this junk only to discover it doesn't work, and now I have to uninstall v.X and reinstall v.9 on all my client's computers -- IF I can still find a v.9 deployment file. My client should send Abobe the bill for all my time.

I've never written any sort of software review. I'm an end-user, and a finance guy. I CAN say, unequivocally, that I have NEVER had to endure as much grief and frustration as I have with the last few versions of Acrobat. I've worked with various systems for 15+ years now. NOTHING freezes, locks, and interrupts other programs quite like this pathetic attempt at software. Words can't adequately describe my burning hatred for this program and its "designers".

can not download version 5.0.5 for my old win98 machine as of 05 july 2010. link takes you to reader download page which offers downloads of latest version back to win 2000 r4 only no older version seems to be available on adobe site
