Summary
I downloaded this and it IMMEDIATELY crashed my version of Internet Explorer. I had to uninstall the program (I had to manually delete some files, too), and reboot. I like to think I recognize legit programs, but this one is crap.

Does the job it professes. Cleans up spam and unwanted cookies. Does not interfere with anything to date. Also nice to bring up data that gives you a choice what to delete.

It blocks pop-ups. (There are many other free ways to block pop-ups without slowing your computer though)

Not your average negative review. I decided to give this a try, but never finished the install. I am running Microsofts beta anti-spy software, and it identified this as spyware, so I didn't install -- this includes a Browser Helper Object, which can cause some serious consequences. I'd say try it at your own risk.
