"Cannot update definitions making program useless."

Pros
Works well when you can update new definitions...very fast scans that pick up what even Norton misses.
Cons
I've had this program for about a year now. Up until about 3 months ago all was fine and I had no complaints...worked as advertised. Since then, however, I always get a failure message when trying to update definitions. I have repeatedly re-downloaded the program but it hasn't resolved the problem. I've seen postings on the web that this is a widespread problem. Don't bother loading until this is resolved, otherwise you'll be scanning with definitions that date back to January.

no contact number in the USA to ask a simple usage question. Was having a problem getting definitons and needed a simple answer to eliminate possible problems.
