It was eay to download.
Cons
I have a previous version on my computer that was supposed to be uninstalled. We used every method we knew, uninstall, add-remove programs, and even that clean program, but it still remains there and won't let us remove it or upgrade it.
Summary
We just cannot uninstall the previous version to install this version. We are stuck with a broken version on the computer and cannot take it off or load the new version.

NONE!!! Works great - I run AVG, Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy and haven't had a problem in 3 years.

I just found that with my combination, one will catch what the other misses and things have been running smoothly for me and my kids and any friends I've told to do this, too.

Won't scan with new update, so can't tell.
Cons
Scan freezes my laptop and I have to crash it. Several attempts, same thing. A search on Google shows this is a common problem. I have a newer Dell with XP. Others have other OS.
