  Pros

  The installation was quick and easy.

  Cons

  1) The program just "runs" in the background, nothing else!
  2) Shows an option to "scan" your PC, but the "scan" icon is always greyed, no matter what!
  3) The un-install process is way too arduous a task in comparison to the install process!
  4) After installing the program, one shouldn't have to immediately seek out help from customer support or spend even one second of their time, cruising through hundreds of forum posts, trying to find ways to make the program function!

  Summary

  This program is complete and total garbage.

  Hi ef1970,
  
  The scan button becomes grayed out when you have not done your definition updates, if you just installed you need to click in the top bar that is red it is indicating what is wrong and it is the definition files. If you click the red part and click on fix now it will do it automatically for you.
