    "Fed-up of painfully slow Ad-Aware"

    Pros

    Previous versions seemed to find tracking cookies others didn't

    Cons

    Slow, slow, slow. Unticked extra features, which it still tried to install.

    Summary

    I'll stick with MBAM & SuperAntiSpyware thanks.

    Dear Mycroft Holmes,

    The new Ad-Aware 10.4 has cached scanning, the first scan can take between 45 min to 2 hours every other full scan after that will only take 6-15 minutes as Ad-Aware will only scan the new files added or modified files.
