I'm not sure how this version works compared to the previous version as far as finding and getting rid of spyware/adware/malware; but I can say that I thought the previous version was a lot more user friendly than this one is. Regardless of that, I still think Ad-Aware is a wonderful program and hopefully I'll get used to this new one and fell more comfortable with it.
