"Cannot even open Ad-Aware 2007."

It supposedly installed successfully. When I try to open it, I get the message: "Service error: 6000 has occurred" and the program immediately shuts down before I can enter the serial number that I paid for. Lavasoft Tech Support does not respond to my email requests for a fix. From reading their forum, lots of others have the same problem.

IT IS A RESOURCE HOG! NO WAY TO DISABLE THE START UP SCAN SO IT WILL USE 50% TO 100% OF YOUR PROCESSOR!

It took several attempts to download to ivercome hte 2753 error message. It scans very slowly and then will not remove the threats. I wish I had kept the SE version. I can't think why CNET recommends it. Very disappointing. Tell us when it is fixed.

Nothing, other than the fact that a free version is offered. But, if the free version is an indication of what the pay version is like, good luck Lavasoft!

Confusing interface. The ability to customize the drives you want to scan is no longer active in the free version.
