"Garbage!!!"
Version: Ad Annihilator 2.5
Pros
None whatsoever!
Cons
Everything!
Summary
I thought I would give this a try from the gallery on my IE, and the minute I restarted the browser, I kept getting a pop-up saying Internet Explorer has stopped working, EVEN WHEN IT WASN'T RUNNING! Like others, I tried uninstalling, but the Unwise.exe kept crashing, so I did a manual custom fix and removed the Internet Explorer file from it, and now my IE is working just fine. I'm glad I didn't pay a penny for this crap! It's not even worth ONE star!

"I do not like this program."
Version: Ad Annihilator 2.5
Pros
This app is blocking too much of my videos. It is causing the videos not to play correctly. I have tried to uninstall it from my computer but can't. When I try to uninstall it I get a message that says "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." No solution seems to be available.
Cons
If you want most videos blocked then you will defiantly like the Ad Annihilator. If you think you might want to uninstall it later, than do not get this because it doesn't uninstall easily.

"DO NOT INSTALL!!!"
Version: Ad Annihilator 2.5
Pros

Cons
WARNING!!! YOU WILL REGRET INSTALLING THIS. I HAD TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER PROGRAM JUST TO UNINSTALL THIS BECAUSE THE WINDOWS UNINSTALLER COULD NOT GET RID OF IT.
Summary
THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK AT ALL AND WINDOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET RID OF IT WITHOUT THE HELP OF AN OUTSIDE PROGRAM!

"Useless software!"
Version: Ad Annihilator 2.5
Pros
Nothing I can think of.
Cons
This application did not work, and did not block ANY ads whatsoever. Also, it is virus-like software; the uninstaller did not work, so I had to go in manually to delete it and it still shows up in my program list! Be warned...this is a shady product.
Summary
Doesn't work--not even the uninstaller.

"Don't Download this if you want to test drive it.."
Version: Ad Annihilator 2.5
Pros
Seemed to work fine at first. Removed ads and pop-ups.
Cons
Prevented me from reccomending posts on one site I use frequently. At the point where I had 2 days left it popped up the registration reminder continually it didn't Stop!! Then it wouldn't uninstall - I had to remove it manually I DON'T RECCOMEND
Summary
Usually I trust the overall reccomendations of products...but this thing was a major pain. Perhaps it would have worked had I paid for it, but that day will never come... I'm not sure if the constant, constant, constant NAGGING of the popup registration reminder was a glitch or if they are actually that persistant in getting you to register the product ...If it's the latter - I reccomend that all users that experience this post your feedback here! Then the program wouldn't uninstall - I tried everything possible and I am no newbie to computers . I had to uninstall it manually. I was able to use the registry list that came up when the program attempted to uninstall itself, but even the list of deletions it planned for the registry were mostly non-existant. I did however, finally uninstall manually.....Personally I would rather deal with the ads than have to deal with this program again!... By the way.. there are many other options for removing ads..for FREE...such as in Firefox!
