    "i cannot delete it"

    Please please please could someone tell me how to removed this in very simple terms from a to z. I am not very good with computers. this didnt work for me (probably because i could not work out how to use it) but now i cannot delete it. I simply tried to click delete but it says i do not have permission. I'm clearly doing something wrong. Please would someone help me.
