This no-frills utility allows you to easily schedule shutdown functions. Active Power Management Lite has a simple interface to choose shutdown, restart, logoff, and other actions. Schedule events by entering time duration in minutes, second, or hours, specifying an exact time, or by the amount of time the computer is inactive. You also can choose to perform an operation when a currently running process ends. Active Power Management Lite displays a countdown timer, and you can choose whether or not to receive a prompt to save data before execution. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done. Anyone looking for a simple but functional shutdown utility will appreciate this freeware option.
