"runs in background and appears to work"
Pros: no fuss no hassle seems good
Cons: Lack of visible info cannot check what it is or has done

"Identfied as malware by Pc tools threatfire program"
Pros: It all sounds good but I never got the program since Pc tools threatfire identified it as Mal_otorun5
Cons: Pc tools theatfire said that program was known as Mal_otorun5 so I had threatfire to kill the download.But part of the program got through to my system anyway!
Summary: This Mal_otorun5 was a beast to get totally out of my system. The part that got thought was locked and couldnot be removed even in safemode-I'm not a newbe so I know a number of ways to rid files from my computer. I finally downloaded a program cal... read more

"Simple, very easy to use. Nice interface."
Pros: Fast & easy to use. Lost of useful detail.
Cons: No cons that I found.
Summary: This utility give excellent info on the state of you disk. I tried several other utilities to diagnose my hard drive problems to no avail. This one told me exactly what was going on in less than 30 sec. read more

Pros: Easy install and uninstall. Free. Great interface and GUI.
Cons: Did not work on my Sata harddrive with S.M.A.R.T. capability.
