Highly recommend to try it. Emergency cd found my SATA RAID and restore image without any trouble.

"This is exactly what I'm looking for!"
Version: Active@ Disk Image 1.0
Pros
This is the only simple/easy to use disk backup utility I can find that supports raw disk image. Ghost and Acronis True Image can't clone my XP embedded drive correctly because there is a hidden partition created by ewfmgr. I built a bootable FAT32 external USB drive( 500GB ) that boot to windows 98/DOS and launches disk image. I used it to clone all my drives - FAT,FAT32,NTFS,Linux ETX3, XFS because it doesn't care what partition is on the disk as long as you do a byte to byte copy. I know I can use the linux dd tool to accomplish the same but this is the simpler solution for me.
Cons
None

"Doesn't work"
Version: Active@ Disk Image 1.0
Summary
It can't be run from floppy with XP because the files are too large to fit on a bootable XP floppy. Tried running from a bootable CD, but it doesn't seem to see my NTFS partitions. Does there need to be some NTFS DOS drivers included here?
