Version: Active Desktop Calendar 6
Pros: This is a great desktop calendar with several great features. The download does exactly what it says it does. The program is small and runs on little system resources. The download gives a generous 42day trial.
Cons: Nothing much to complain. The program would be better if it was free, but not everything can be free. At most, some might not like how much desktop space the program uses, but it does run in the background anyways. I'm making the assumption that if you are looking at this program, you don't mind it running.

Version: Active Desktop Calendar 6.1
Cons: I've never had computer problems before, but when I uninstalled Active Desktop Calendar it would still partially appear on my desktop, the computer would shut down by itself, I had all sorts of start up problems and it opened Microsoft Internet Explorer automatically after an error message with a blank I.E. screen. The only way I was able to correct the problem was to do a system restore going back three weeks.

"Not as good as it was made out to be"
Pros: It does a good job of organisation, and intergrates well with the desktop
Cons: I dont think it looks as good as some have said it does. It also is let down when you open the program and see how the main program looks.

Version: Active Desktop Calendar 6.2
Pros: A very attractive PIM for those that are really busy; so busy that they forget to review their PIMs.
This software works from your desktop and remembers you what you need to be reminded. You don't have to open a program to see what you have to do, just minimize all other software and there in your desktop you will see your calendar, notes, appointments and more if you want.
Cons: Few if nothing at all.
