    "Gone downhill"

    It will back up if it is working.


    Horrible user interface
    Stops working for no reason
    Validation abends


    I used Acronis True Image for many years. When we got new PCs, we bought 3 copies of True Image Home 2011. Horrible interface! They don't understand the KISS motto. During the initial backup, it took more than 30 hours to validate my backup. Finally they issue a fix. But now, on scheduled backup the last steps abend. Supposedly, removing the validation step on the scheduler will fix the problem. On top of that, I ran True Image only once on my laptop. Now, it won't start. I click on the icon, the actual program, etc...nothing happens. Since I got the software in May (I know, every PC should be on a backup schedule), tech support won't help me. So not happy with them at all.
