    "Horrible products, horrible service, horrible company"

    Pros

    Seems easy to use, seems easy to restore from.

    Cons

    Nothing works as advertised.
    Company doesn't provide ANY support on products sold less than 3 years ago. "It's no longer supported, you'll have to upgrade"
    Restore function doesn't work.
    An incremental back up of one weeks's work takes MORE THAN TWO DAYS! You have to be joking!
    Any of the journalists who have reviewed these products and given them good ratings have either not tried to use them in the real world or are being paid to write good reviews.

    Summary

    I would NEVER buy anything from this company EVER again.
