    "Product Keeps Breaking"

    None at all.


    Broken software
    Terrible support
    Waste of time


    The software stopped working for no apparent reason, and the incremental backups and full backups would constantly "hang" and never start. I contacted support about the issues I was having, and they sent me some drivers to install. This appeared to work temporarily, and then the problem started happening again only days later. Since it took a tremendous amount of time just to get support the first time, I was reluctant to contact support again.

    When I did try contacting support again, they refused to help me. I was told that I was past their 30 day support window and they refused to honor the fact that my issue was brought to their attention after my initial purchase.

    So instead of taking responsibility for selling a broken piece of software, they wanted me to pay for support on a piece of software that never worked from day one. Since I was already stuck with broken software that never worked in the first place, there is no chance I was going to give them another dime.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
