"works but its retarded"

works ok, but like all other acronis products, has some flaws and a gay customer service

retarded, just get "darik's nuke and boot" which works a lot better then this, reinstall the os and you're done.
Summary
sucks, darik's nuke and boot is 100000000000000000000000000 times better. You're better of committing suicide then using their Customer service.

"Dangerous, don't use"

I ran the demo, which supposedly did nothing. After uninstalling it, it asked me to reboot (yay windows) and when it did, windows couldn't boot anymore. Thankfully, vista was able to repair the problem that this "drive cleanser" had created. Needless to say, I'm not about to fork over money for a program that damaged my system.

Summary
You know how when you go to the furniture store, you will see plastic tv's on top of furniture? Its supposed to give you an idea of what it would look like in your house. Well, this "demo" is basically the same thing. It doesn't work at all- in fact it doesnt do anything. It just runs you through the steps to let you know what it would be like if it actually worked. It doesnt even clean a percentage of your drive- it cleans absolutely nothing. I have no idea if it really works, because it literally doesnt do anything. Its a waste of time, and I will never, ever purchase anything from Acronis. If they arent going to give me the respect of actually letting me try their product, I will go somewhere else.

"The best i've seen around"

Summary
This is definitly the best program for sanitizing your harddisk. I tried several other programs in this genre and i was always able to recover some files, even when i used the Gutmann method. But with this program it's impossible to recover any data, even with the DOD method.
