    "You need LiteOn to may the webcam work"

    Once the drivers are installed it works fine

    Compatablility out of the box.

    Summary

    I too had the same issues and the good news. You can fix it yourself. Go to the Acer Web page and find Crystal Eye webcam drivers. Select any choice that says LiteOn and download that. You need LiteOn to may the Crystal Eye software work. Give it a try, it works.
