Video quality that was once very good is now inferior. When called from applications, often the camera does not even start.
Summary
Doesn't solve the driver problems I'm having with Windows 7 on my Acer Aspire 6930 laptop. Previous driver with Vista worked perfectly.

Lack of manuals for installed products.
Summary
Lack of useful literature, either hard copy or electronic, make product useless. Sure it's obvious that still or motion pictures can be had by pressing the correct icon, but how and where are the pix being stored and by what file name. Press the cog icon and you can play with image colors, but hpw do you manipulate the lnes options?
It's really a shame that thjs oversight wrecks an otherwise pleasant ownership experience. -

My experience of the webcam is ZERO because it does not appear to be functional. An instruction book (not an ebook or help) would have been an asset but as things stand it is a huge liability. Many people like me are not computer wizards and even Bill Gates had to start somewhere.
