Version: AceMoney Lite 3.9
Pros: It's simple to setup, clean and the basic version is free. It does what Quicken does and and you don't have to put up with Quicken's nag screens always trying to get you to upgrade to a new release. I would highly recommend it and I am even considering buying the retail version for the ability to track more than one set of books.
Cons: The interface is a little drab but thats not really a con as I don't plan to spend hours looking at my accounts anyway.

Pros: Perfect for keeping your checkbook register online. Easy to download transactions from your bank, import them into Ace Money Lite, then reconcile with your bank statement.

Cons: 1. Account Limitation
2. Few bugs like unable to save the file!

Version: AceMoney Lite 3.9
Pros: I like it for managing multiple accounts, tracking spending vs. income, and even tracking investments. The charts are very nice. I think this is a good product from my limitted usage.
Cons: Couldn't fully evaluate it because the lite version is limitted to one account! The page here has it as unlimitted but obviously that's a mistake or it is falsely advertised.
