Version: Ace Utilities 1.7
Pros: This is a simple to use, safe application with some nice features. the GUI is simple, user friendly and opens fast. It seems to have a safe (as you can expect) registry cleaner and junk file cleaner. It's good at securely deleting files, finding duplicate files and finding and getting rid of empty folders. The history cleaner is good and works with all my browsers and each has a cookie manager. You have to love that! But, my favorite thing in this application is the auto start manager. It's accurate, opens fast and allows you to remove or disable items which is how I like it. I prefer to disable rather then to delete. It's hard to go wrong with this software. It sells at a reasonable price and works great with "Vista".
Cons: But applications of this type are a curious group. It seems there is no, single, perfect software for doing "everything" I need. This application however, is a great choice.

Cons: There is no, single, perfect software for doing "everything" I need. This application however, is a great choice. This and "Tuneup Utilities 2007" are the only two I trust to do what they claim and cause no damage.

"Used it before, it was good until I found something better."
Pros: I used to love AceUtilities (now I use GlaryUtilities) however this product is small, and very useful. It scans for registry errors, temporary files, and wipes your disks to see how much free space you can accumulate. Although it doesn't have as many options as other system cleaners, this one does the job as good as others but at a price. It still does a good job cleaning, but there are options such as the duplicate file finder that should not be used unless you are an expert about your own pc.
Cons: The price of this product is kind of harsh, you can pay about $20 more and find another product that does something similar with about 50 times more options. It constantly updates so you would have to keep buying a new version which is also very annoying (one reason why I don't use this product anymore) It also has a funny sound when you finish scanning or removing objects (although it could be disabled, I just thought they could use a better sound) Other than that, this product is recommended for new users to "system utilities" or cleaners.

Pros: It scans and removes junk faster than all the other utilities on the market.It also has a good startup manager and uninstaller and other useful features. I recommend Ace Utilities and give it 5 Stars and TWO thumbs UP!
