Version: Ace-High MP3 WAV WMA OGG Converter 3.2
Cons: I bought the product and have not gotten to use it once. I have been mailing back and forth with tech support since the day I got it and still they have not been able to resolve any issues. The product just plain does not work!!! I have request a refund 3 in the past 3 emails i have sent and they just keep sending me what little answers as to how they think they can fix it and NOTHING works I mean nothing! They need to quit selling the product and fix it and then think about putting it back out on the market.

"Horrible doesn't work and full of errors."
Cons: Just plain doesn't work. Downloaded the evaluation and kept getting an error message about how the output location didn't exist. I manually added the output folder to where it said the converted files would be placed and it still didn't work. This program is a complete waste of time.

Pros: Its fast
Cons: Dont even think about downloading or buying it. I have to convert files from mp3 to wma and all it does is change the file extension. This program should be removed.

"Bought it, doesn't work, keeps throwing an error"
Pros: Trial worked well. Shame about the rest.
Cons: The trial worked fine so bought the software and now all I get is the the same error message over and over again. And oddly enough the help is no help, the error does not exist, well apparently.

Summary: Even though the other reviews complained of this not working even though it said it was done I decided to try it anyway...it doesn't work - at all. Don't waste your time installing it as the uninstall didn't work either. read more
