ACE Contact Manager by SSG India is a versatile contact management software which allows you to keep track of all your contacts in an organized manner. Over the years, the software has added new features which has enabled grouping and categorizing of your contact, maintaining address books, tracking and scheduling of events, assigning tasks etc.
The software is much more that the normal contact management functionality as the name suggests. It has a powerful Calendar feature which allows you to keep track of the events and a task manager which makes task keeping and assignment very easy.
The to-do list is another powerful feature which enables prioritising of various activities, along with the resource assignment and description of the activity.
An invoice management facility which is inbuilt in to the new version, which enables tracking of invoices and taking appropriate actions which can also be linked to the contacts database.
The software can also be used as a CRM software for small businesses by making use of the 'Filing System' facility which allows grouping and categorising customer issues and requests.
Being a standalone program, the software is quite fast compared to similar ones in the market and searching and retrieval of data is really quick.
In short, ACE Contact Manager is a tool suitable for small and medium businesses which does not want to make heavy investments in costly CRM and scheduling software and aims at providing best value to customers. -

WIth Ace Contact Manager its been easier to keep track of customers and of daily important routine like time tracking, to do lists, email, alarms, private records, groups, indexes, activity series, custom queries, reports etc.
It is easy to use software compatible with Word and excellent visual features which is perfectly customizable. Its excellent features help you to quickly access the information with essential security measures. Superb software for Data management. -

Very happy with the product.looking forward to version 8.My firm is not very large and its important for me to have a good relationship with all of my customers.ACE has helped me in this but amazingly i am spending a lot lesser time in managing my existing customers as i used to do before.This has also helped me in concentrating in getting new customers also. One of the best $100 dollars i have spent in my life.

I could transfer my previously existent data in excelsheet easily to the new software using the export facility

The support team says that its the coming newer version of the product that would be usable with all the mobiles. but, Its Ok, Currently I can transfer data from the software to my Nokia.
Summary
I would personally like to point out only one specific aspect about Ace. Although, there are various tools available in the market, but why have specific tool catering to specific requirement. Ace manages several aspects of my business. Its very cheap and the support team is indeed very helpful. They allowed me to configure the software as per my business needs and in the end it was really hassle free.

ACE contact manager is very easy to use and useful for people who find it difficult to manage their day to day sales activities.The price is also very less as compared to other products with similar functionality.

Older technology with a new face POOR support. If you might ever need support do NOT buy this program.
Summary
If you need ANY support for your application this is definitely NOT the software or company to use. They CLAIM that they support the software but in reality they collect the funds from this very old software and leave you stuck with issues and the bill to buy it (with supposedly support)
