    "Qicken files not accepted, should be easier to start"

    Quicken and CSV files not accepted, set up not easy, help files didn't solve problem

    Summary

    I installedthis program understanding that it wasn't quicken. However, I couldn't get my quicken file to be accepted by software. I tried searching help files to find a solution, but nothing seem to help. Even tried file in CSV format and still wouldn't work properly. In the end, the extra work wasn't worth the effort, especially since I can purchase a cheap version of last years Quicken and avoid this problem entirely.

    You have to export your Quicken file to a .QIF file before importing it into Account Xpress.
