Great basic product. All kinds of add-on modules; many Bible versions; commentaries; dictionaries; maps; timelines. Greek and Hebrew. Everything is hyperlinked so you can quickly find everything about any passage. Great support. Free seminars.
Cons
It is expensive. If you buy several add-ons you can spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. But the basic package is worth the money. I've added modules bit by bit over the years.
Summary
An incredibly rich set of Bible study tools, all very well integrated. Each person can pick just the modules they need for their particular purposes. I love the ease with which I can customize the user interface. The instructional videos, which are free, are very helpful.

The ability to search many resources at once, the ability to tie running studies together and call up maps, timelines and additional resources as needed. I LOVE the Use Notes and other User developed resources which are not difficult to create.
Cons
I would love it if the creation tools for user tool and notes were HTML. Some aspects of the program work very differently than the usual GUI in other programs, but this is not odd in Mac software. Since I use both Mac and PC, I am used to this,

For the efficiency and the price, and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, you really should try Accordance. I also owed a previous version of the popular PC software Logos Library, and they are quite similar in some ways. However, the Accordance customer service and the very excellent features and the responsiveness to user requests really put Accordance over the top!

Intuitive, with the interface smooth, and the ability to handle a lot of resources on the screen at once. Customer support is super. Problem that I caused was patiently worked through with me on Skype! Maybe ahead of Logos/Mac in functionality.
Cons
Still short of Logos in the # of resources. Not much else to not like.

I have used Accordance for almost two years now and have found it to be a tremendous tool for studying the Bible. The company has a strong record of support and an extremely courteous staff. A little pricey, but definitely worth the money.

I've used Accordance for a long time and every version gets better and better. This version is no exception, with the overhauled user interface, a speed increase.
Cons
when I can think of one I will let you know, I know the iphone app is coming so it's getting harder to find a cons.
Summary
This product has some of the best features out there if you really want to dig into the richness of scripture then this is the application for you. Either on a Mac or a PC (with emulation software), this software is worth every penny. The training, online users groups, and users forums all help people to learn how to use it to the fullest.
