AbsoluteShield File Shredder is only equipped with two wiping algorithms while FileShedder, developed by FileShredder.org, have seven algorithms available. Not even to mention its inability to wipe entire folder. Why settle for half-baked application when others could have done the job much better?

With several anti-spywares programs detecting the existence of malware within this application, I would shred this application with another application named FileShredder. Bye bye.

Tried 4 NTFS File Recovery utilities and not one of them could recover the least of the folder I deleted with this program.
It's great, and it's even better that it is free.

Very good simple program seems to do the job.
As stated in other reviews about this product containing spyware I took the liberty of emailing sys-sheild and got the following reply:

"There is NO keylogger in our product, nor any spyware/adware. The claim is by a unreliable spyware/adware removal program and what you need is to throw away such spyware/adware removal tool.

Also there is no note of any othe programs with in the user agreement.
I think some people need to take another look into what anti-malware programs they use if there throwing up false results.
Cons
Its a free program so I can't complain but it would be nice if it had an option to clean up your freespace but i would never expect a free program to be able to do this.
