    "Only works for a while"

    Pros

    Simple to load into software

    Cons

    It is a bait and switch. It worked when I bought it, but after a couple days, it said I needed to "upgrade".

    Summary

    For $99.95 it should work for more than a couple times. I converted three files when I bought it. Then did not need it for a couple days, I came back and tried to used it, but it said I needed to upgrade to "Professional"! I've been taken. Too bad it is not a US company.

    Hi--Have you tried converting other native PDFs with Able2Extract since then? From your comment, it sounds like you were trying to convert a scanned PDF with the program--which is probably why the standard version asked you to upgrade. Only the Pro version can convert scanned PDFs. Hope you give it another shot!
